Overripe Squeeze

Privacy Policy

Revision 1 · Last updated 5 August 2026

The short version

  • Your game progress is saved on your device and is never uploaded.
  • There are no accounts — nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to.
  • There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
  • No third-party SDKs, no advertising identifier, no profiling, nothing sold or shared.
  • The only information you can send us is what you type into the support form, when you choose to.

This policy explains exactly what the game does with information. It is short because the game does very little: it is a single-player game that runs on your device and works fully offline.

1.What stays on your device

The game writes one save file into its own private storage area, which only this app can read. It holds your progress and nothing else:

None of this is transmitted anywhere. It is not backed up to any server of ours, because there is no server of ours holding game data. Deleting the app deletes it, and Settings → Reset all progress erases it from inside the game.

2.What we never collect

No advertising. No analytics or telemetry. No crash-reporting SDK. No cookies, pixels, beacons or fingerprinting. No advertising identifier (IDFA) — so the game never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it has nothing to ask for. No location. No contacts. No microphone. No health, financial or biometric data. No behavioural profiling, and no data sold, rented, brokered or shared for anyone's marketing.

3.Camera and photo library

The game has an optional feature, Squeeze Selfie, which frames a photo in a juice-bar border with your score, and which can also set your profile picture. Both are entirely optional and the game is fully playable if you decline them.

You can withdraw either permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.

4.Notifications

If you allow notifications, the game schedules them locally on your device — shift-ready reminders, the Daily Squeeze, crate market rotation and seasonal events. There is no push server, no device token, and therefore no way for anyone to notify you from outside your own phone. You are asked only after you clear a level, never at launch, and each category has its own switch in Settings → Notifications.

5.Game Center

Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center, which is optional. If you are signed in, your score and the player alias you chose with Apple are submitted to Apple so the leaderboard can rank you. That exchange is between you and Apple and is governed by Apple's privacy policy — we receive no personal information from it.

If you are not signed in, or you decline, the game shows your local personal bests instead. Nothing else in the game is affected and nothing is locked.

6.The support form

This is the one place where information leaves your device, and only when you press Send. The support page collects:

It is used for one thing: answering you. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not shared with anyone except as needed to operate the support system that carries the message. It is kept until your question is resolved and then deleted. You can ask for your message to be deleted sooner — just say so in a message.

The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Please don't put passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information into it — support doesn't need any of that.

7.Purchases

The game contains no in-app purchases, no purchasable currency, no energy timers, no ad gates and no loot boxes. No payment information is ever collected, seen or handled by the game.

8.Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information, serves no advertising and contains no purchases, there is nothing to gather from a child using it. The support form is the only thing that asks for an email address — if a child sends one, the message is deleted once it is answered, exactly as any other. A parent or guardian can request deletion at any time through the same form.

9.Your choices and your rights

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over personal information — such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objecting to a use. Since the only personal information we ever hold is a support message you chose to send, those requests are all handled through the support page.

10.These pages

This page and the support page set no cookies and load nothing from any other site — no fonts, no scripts, no images, no analytics. Viewing this policy inside the game loads this same page over the network, so the game needs a connection to show it to you. If you accept it in an ordinary web browser rather than in the game, that single fact is remembered in your browser's local storage and goes nowhere else. The web server hosting these pages may keep standard access logs, as every web server does.

11.Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revision number and date at the top change with it. Material changes raise the revision, and the game asks you to read and accept the policy again before you continue playing. Small corrections that don't affect what happens to information — a typo, a clearer sentence — update the date only.

12.How to reach us

Every question about this policy, about your data, or about the game goes through the support page. It is the only contact channel, and it reaches us directly.
